At The Hub of Early Years, inclusion is more than a value—it’s a commitment.
Our SEND Hub is here to support settings in creating inclusive environments where every child is seen, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive. We understand that supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities requires thoughtful planning, confident staff, and a clear understanding of both statutory guidance and best practice.
We take a practical, strengths-based approach—helping you build inclusive systems, strengthen your SEND provision, and ensure your team feels capable and confident in meeting the diverse needs of all children.
From tailored training to paperwork support and environment reviews, we’re here to walk alongside you on your SEND journey.
Of course, we have many ways to support you, but here’s a list of our most in-demand support choices:
🔵 SEND Support Toolkit
🟢 Understanding the Role of the SENCD
🟡 One Plans, Observations and TAC Support
🟠 EHCP Needs Assessments/EHCP Reviews
🔴 Transitions & School support.
Let’s work together to build a setting where every child belongs and every voice is valued.
Get in touch to find out how we can tailor our SEND support to meet the needs of your setting and your children..
We want to make sure we provide you with the correct information for SEND. We will carry out a support toolkit in your provision of a SEND overview. This aides support to the evaluation of findings, observations and any developments needed to support with services. We want to help you facilitate what children with additional needs, need to thrive within your provision.
This will include:
🟣 On-Site Visit
🔵 Full written report with clear actions and guidance.
Ensuring children have early support in place is key to building compelling evidence to get targeted support in place to meet their individual needs.
We will help you construct formats of support for children on your registers to have meaningful observations, next steps and how to ensure there is an inclusive environment created with parents/carers to ensure children receive the best outcomes.
Understanding the Role of the SENCO and the scope of work is key to meeting expectations. We will break down this role into detail to equip EY educators undertaking the role of the SENCO over 9 key themes, whether you are new to the role or have experience, this is a valuable creation of content to maximise your CPD in SEND.
This is a comprehensive process, and we will help you with producing an EHC Needs Assessment request and how to include further evidence of children’s journey’s and what to expect in this process.
From this, EHCP Reviews is an ongoing requirement, and we tailor support and packages to think about this process and what will be needed for reviews and what to expect from this process.
Transitions are monumental in children’s lives and preparing for this can be worrying. We will support you to get the most out of this process and design support to consider the visits that take place, sharing of information and supportive practice to equip you, your provision, team and parents to deepen confidence and enhance practical skills to children’s new upcoming journeys.
